As per recent decision of the Council on the entry level qualification for admissions to various AICTE approved technical institutions the following is notified.

Minimum Qualification for admissions in First Year Degree Engineering Programme:

1) Should have passed the 10+2 (XII) examination with English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects with minimum 50% marks i.e. 150 out of 300 (or minimum 45% marks i.e. 135 out of 300 for reserved category students)

AND

b. Ranking obtained in MHT-CET 2007 Entrance Examination.

2) Diploma holders having less than 60% marks can seek admission to First Year of any branch of Engineering.

Minimum Qualification for direct admissions to Second Year Degree Engineering Programme:

Should have passed diploma with first class i.e. 60% marks.
